Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed without penalty up to 48 hours before check-in.

If cancellation occurs within this period, a penalty equal to 100% of the stay or the deposited guarantee will be applied.

For high season, which includes Easter week and from December 24th to January 10th, the policy is non-refundable.
