Hotel Brisas de Neguanje Policies

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and the room must be vacated by 12:00 PM.

Upon departure, guests must return the room in the same condition as it was found.

The pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and the restaurant and bar operate from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

The hotel rejects the sexual exploitation of minors.

Children under 5 years old stay for free and only pay for their consumption. All children staying at the hotel must be accompanied by one of their parents. If neither parent is present, the child may be accompanied by a responsible adult with a letter signed and authenticated by the parents, along with the parents' identification documents.

Smoking is not permitted in rooms and public areas. Good behavior, tolerance, and respect towards other guests and staff are crucial. Poor conduct is not tolerated, and the hotel reserves the right to terminate the accommodation contract and request guests to leave if necessary.

Pets are allowed at the hotel with an additional fee set by the accommodation. Pets must be up-to-date with their vaccinations and must be on a leash.

The use of the hotel’s beds is not allowed for pets; they must have their own sleeping area.

Pets are prohibited from entering the pool and restaurant areas.

Upon arrival, the receptionist will provide specific requirements for pet care.

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of hotel property and must cover the costs of replacement.
